FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used to produce high-quality biologically active supplement (BAS) used for direct consumption as a preventive measure or for development of functional food products. BAS to food having antioxidant properties represents powder. Powder is made of mixture of cloves, orange rind, coriander, nutmeg and cinnamon by extraction of mixture by liquid food carbon oxide at the ratio of mixture - liquid food carbon oxide (1:1)-(1:3) at the temperature of 15-25°C and pressure of 6.5-7.5 MPa for 2-4 hours to produce nonfat material and extract. Then nonfat material is separated and ground to produce powder. At the same time weight ratio of cloves, orange rind, cinnamon, nutmeg and coriander in the mix makes (1:4:1:1:3)-(1:5:2:2:4) accordingly.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce additive with high activity of antioxidant properties.
