SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to gynaecology. The method involves iodide-bromine balneotherapy. The balneotherapy includes vaginal irrigations and general iodide-bromine baths every second day. After 2 days of adaptation and the first balneotherapeutic procedure, a patient is exposed to extremely high frequency infrared generated by the apparatus Stella-1 BF. The EHF-IR exposure is daily and covers the paired reflexogenic points of uterus and ovaries for 10 minutes on the right and on the left with the points R-12 and BM-46 being alternated every second day. The point R-12 is exposed at wave frequency 2.5 mm for 1 minute, 3.5 mm for 2 minutes, 4.0 mm for 2 minutes, 4.9 mm for 2 minutes, 9.4 mm for 2 minutes, 9.5 mm for 1 minute. The point BM-46 is involved at wave frequency 2.5 mm for 2 minutes, 2.6 mm - 2 minutes, 4.0 mm - 2 minutes, 4.9 mm - 2 minutes, 9.4 mm - 2 minutes within the therapeutic course of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method improves clinical effectiveness due to higher nonspecific body resistance, normalised cell-mediated and humoral immunity, psychoemotional status, better ovarian function, lipid peroxidation system, activity of vegetative nervous system and central hemodynamics.
