FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely - to physiotherapy and gynaecology. The method involves hydrosulphuric balneotherapy in the form of vaginal irrigations and general baths every second day. The vaginal irrigations are carried out at the constant hydrogen sulphide concentration 150 mg/l. The general hydrosulphuric baths are carried out at gradually increasing hydrogen sulphide concentration 50-100-150 mg/l. An adaptation period is followed with transcranial electrostimulation with using the Transair-03 apparatus every second day. Herewith a frontooccipital technique is used. The technique requires single-polarity pulse current. For the first procedure, current strength is 0.5-01.0 mA. With every following procedure, current strength is increased by 0.2-0.4 mA to a sensation of weak vibration or slight tingling under the electrodes. The duration of the first and second procedure is 15-20 minutes, the following procedures last for 30 minutes. The therapeutic course includes 8 balneological procedures and 8 physiological procedures.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by an integrated body effect enabling analgesic, anti-inflammatory and defibrinolytic actions, normalising immunobiological and compensatory-adaptive processes and higher body responsiveness.
