SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary. Composition for stimulation of bone growth in animal, which includes one or several isoflavones or their metabolites, in particular soya isoflavones or their metabolites in amount from 0.1 to 50 wt %, in which animal is represented by post-menopause, post-andropause, gonadectomised, spayed or castrated dog or cat. Composition for stimulation of bone growth or inhibition of bone destruction in dog or cat includes introduction of said composition to animal.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of content and density of minerals in bone.
