FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Furnace coiler with strip winder comprises wind-up shaft to support wind-up drum that passes through furnace wall constricting inner space of the coiler to run in thrust bearings, and at least one blow clamp, said bow clamp and wind-up drum are jointed together by a fastening element. There a gap between wound-up drum and bow clamp to receive strip head end. Said fastening element represents an adjusting element to set aforesaid gap and clamp said strip head end.
EFFECT: longer life, gap adjustment subject to strip thickness.
