FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for treatment of toxic and aggressive media in chemical and other industries. Proposed method comprises subjecting the allot by magnetic field generated by directional antenna 1 consisting of radiating winding 2 and curved reflector 3. Said antenna is connected to electric signal generator 6. Electric signal with white noise spectrum in the range of 105-109 Hz is fed to said directional antenna. Generator 6 incorporates electric signal modulator 7 with intrinsic frequencies of alloy modifier in the range of 105-109 Hz. Modifiers are represented by, for example magnesium or rare-earth metals. Modulator is made up of one or several electromagnetic circuits with cores 8 built therein and made from modifiers. One or several cores 8 can be built directly in directional antenna.

EFFECT: simplified process, selective effect on metal structure, producing preset structure and mechanical properties.
