FIELD: applied physics and chemistry, possibly systems for controlling processes of crystallization of different materials from solutions and melts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of acting upon zone of crystal formation by means of electromagnetic waves in frequency range corresponding to spectrum of absorption of liquid phase clusters. It provides formation of crystals of uniform size and composition and enhanced ductility of material at using electromagnetic irradiation source with low power in range (0.1-5)Wt/m cubic.
