FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Fuselage nose section is made in the form of shell the external surface of which is faired with fuselage nose section contours in lateral view and plan view. Ordinates and applicates of contour points are calculated by ratios with regard to maximum contour deviation from aircraft reference plane. External surface of windshield glasing is made as single curvature surface formed by straight segments and two arcs superimposed on external surface of fuselage nose section.
EFFECT: invention is aimed to noise abatement in flight deck and accommodation of sizeable radiolocator in nose section.
