FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: airplane has fuselage, wing with ailerons and flaps, tail unit with horizontal and vertical stabilizers, spring-type landing gear with main and tail units and powerplant with engine and propeller. Wings have bulb-shaped leading edges. Ventral fin has lower edge parallel to airplane waterline. Propeller spinner is provided with bullet. The engine is covered by cowl in the form of the developed Townend's ring. Pilot's cockpit canopy has jettisonable part consisting of glazing and frame. Front section of the frame is in the form of part of top curvilinear surface of fuselage conjugating with it like instrument panel hood. Manual pitch-channel control linkage is provided with elevator trim tab. Balance mounted on blunted trailing edge of rudder can be removed and repositioned. EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads on engine cowl produced by propeller, more streamlined airflow around fuselage and wing, higher efficiency of propeller, higher safety of escape from airplane in emergency situations, higher wing lift and lower wing weight, improved controllability of airplane, lower loads on control organs. 10 cl, 21 dwg
