FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor dryer of loose materials comprises vessel, drying chamber of which is separated into zones of drying, cooling and final drying, two and more infrared radiators, conveyor, systems for automatic control of radiation intensity depending on material moisture, sensors of humidity and temperature, suction boxes installed aside zone of drying and final drying, discharge box with fan arranged over cooling zone, control system and batching hopper for supply of loose material onto conveyor and mechanism for adjustment of its layer thickness.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accelerate drying process, to perform more even heating of dried material and to avoid additional costs for heating and recirculation of drying agent.
