FIELD: drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food engineering and can be used for drying plant-based products and mushrooms. The device has a modular structure of interchangeable working chambers of the same standard size, installed and secured by tightening by bolting. The minimum configuration is 2 modules. Any number of additional modules may be connected. In addition to the IR and UHF heating, fans are installed in the module to ensure convective airflow on the surface of the dried products in the direction opposite to the movement thereof.
EFFECT: possibility of accelerating the process of drying raw materials.
