FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: test rig for parametres of longwall drag conveyor with double-chain horizontally closed traction member includes frame, piece of traction member, support device for traction member, tensioning device of traction member and measurement devices. At that, support device for traction member is made of combination of three chute pieces - horizontal, vertical and transient curved section, which connects them to each other, and traction member is double-chain and has transverse drags fixed on round-link chains of traction member; at that, ends of drags oriented towards the chute and interacting with its curved section have curved profile; at that, the above circuits, when the vertical chute piece ends, are provided with possibility of bending of two non-drive units installed on vertical axis and with possibility of their being supported on vertically oriented deflecting units and are connected by means of thimbles and to ropes, and ends of ropes through dynamometres are connected to rope tension drives; opposite ends of chains, which are arranged in horizontal chute section, are also connected by means of thimbles to ropes so that they envelope vertically oriented deflecting units; on rope ends there fixed are suspensions with possibility of arranging replaceable loads; at that, transient curved section is made in the form of set of several elements of various length and attached to horizontal and vertical chute sections by means of flanges oriented from lower plane of the chute, and deflecting units enveloped with ropes with suspensions for replaceable loads are fixed on the frame.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of performing experimental test on the rig regarding determination of parametres of longwall drag conveyor with double-chain horizontally closed traction member.
