FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: test bench contains frame (1), kinematically connected with drive (2) operating block in the form of friction pulley (3) wrapped around by two sections of steel wire ropes (4, 5) with pulley wrapping angle of 360 degrees from opposite sides. One section of rope wraps friction pulley with point (6) of run-on in direction (7) in its upper part, and the second section of rope - with point (8) of run-on in direction (9) in its lower part. Hangers (10, 11) with adjustable counterweights (12, 13) are located at the side of ropes run-off from pulley, and measuring instruments (14, 15) - at the side of ropes run-on over friction pulley. Between the frame and measuring instruments, compression springs (16, 17) with operating forces exceeding maximum rope tension values are located. The pulley is made with removable lining (18). Friction pulley drive is made as reduction gear with manual rotating device attached to it high-speed shaft.
EFFECT: possibility to select reasonable parameters of intermediate rope drives.
