SUBSTANCE: stand to determine the stiffness of heel part of footwear comprises a base, a metal frame attached to the base, the upper stop for fixation of footwear position, the bottom stop for installation of footwear at a given angle, multiplier lever mounted on the metal frame, transmitting force from the cargo to the loading site and further to the heel part of the shoe, and the time indicator of displacement. Multiplier lever is pivotally mounted on a metal frame and contains a slot for passage of traction of the lower stop having an upper platform, freely mounted on the end hinge, which is rigidly attached to the thrust, ending with power screw thread connecting the rod with a nut, at that the nut is fixed with a threaded bolt to the bottom part of the metal frame.

EFFECT: ability of determining the effort falling on the heel at various angles to its support surface and the corresponding values of strain.
