SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to rheumatology and physiotherapy. The method involves a contact and labile ultrasound exposure on a joint region. An ultrasound generation mode is used. For the 1-2 procedures, radiation power is 0.2 Wt/cm², for the 3-4 procedures - 4 Wt/cm², starting from the 5th procedure - 0.7 Wt/cm². Each joint is treated for 5 minutes. Total procedure time is 10 minutes. The therapeutic course includes 6-7 daily procedures. A contact medium is presented with the ointment Chondroxide. After the first two procedures, a two-day pause is made. During these days, the joints are covered with the ointment Chondroxide. The following 4-5 procedures are not interrupted.

EFFECT: method improves clinical effectiveness, reduces treatment length and allows to avoid unwanted side effect in the form of joint pain intensification and higher arterial pressure during treatment.
