FIELD: medicine, sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of sports medicine and is intended for carrying out exercises and strengthening of vagina muscles with enhancement of their tone. Pneumatic simulator contains operation chamber, intended for introduction into vaginal cavity, and handle for holding and controlling simulator. Chamber is made from elastic material and has cylindrical form. Operation chamber is connected via locking valve for air relief from chamber with pneumatic source of pressure and pressure metre in chamber. Operation chamber is characterised with longitudinal rigidity due to presence in it of catheter, whose cavity is connected with cavity of operation chamber. Simulator additionally contains tube, which is made with smooth bend in direction from its initial section to its end section to ensure and imitate penis form in state of erection. Tube is stopped from its end section, on which rounding is made, and is provided with one or several perforation holes and is located in operation chamber. Catheter, preferably, is made with bend, corresponding to tube bend, and is located on tube. Initial section of operation chamber is provided with valve for additional constant minimal air relief from its cavity, and in case of impact onto operation chamber of possible spasmodic squeezing by vaginal muscles, valve is in open position.

EFFECT: increase of simulator reliability, convenience of application, providing detailed information of degree of fitness by value of vagina muscle contraction, irrespective of depth of introduction of operation organ of simulator into vagina, with creation of operation organ form close to natural form of male genital organ.
