FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for application under hostility conditions, when medical personnel are not available. Ligature comprises base and sterile napkin with protective removable coat. The following components are located between internal part of base and sterile tissue - chamber for control of liquid agents supply, chambers for liquid agents, distributor of liquid agents and structural insertion, which is in contact with sterile tissue. Chamber for control of liquid agents supply is made of elastic gasproof material and is connected to source of pressure, one of chambers for liquid agents is intended for medicine, the other chamber is intended for moisturising agent. Both chambers for liquid agents are made of elastic waterproof material and each is equipped with pipeline, where tap is installed. Outlet of every tap is connected to appropriate receiving pipeline of liquid agents distributor, and every receiving pipeline is connected to its supply pipelines that are equipped with holes for outlet of appropriate liquid agent. On supply pipelines from both chambers for liquid agents, on the side of holes for outlet of appropriate liquid agent, structural gasket is installed, which has micro- or nanochannels for supply of medical agent and/or moisturising agent to sterile tissue, when pressure is increased in control chamber and appropriate taps are opened.
