FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, and namely to processing of hard-enriching gold-containing sands and metal-containing mixtures of placer deposits. Line comprises a device for disintegration of initial material, made in form of a blind scrubber, device for separating material into fineness classes, made in form of washing drum screen with screening surface, a spiral classifier located between them, a device for entrapping heavy particles of the concentrate, associated with a complex of devices for separating the magnetic fraction of the concentrate and for separating the nonmagnetic fraction of the concentrate, concentrate accumulators, a dehydrating classifier, which outlet is connected via drain pipe with cleaning products cleaning section to hydraulic spout, wherein drain branch pipe of spiral classifier is connected by transporting chute to sewage ground ditch, equipped with shutter of top layer of enriched hydraulic flow and device for transportation of upper layer of hydraulic flow to inlet of physical and chemical module for extraction of plate gold, output of productive fraction of physical-chemical module is connected by transport system with device for entrapping heavy particles of concentrate, and output of physical-chemical module tails is connected by transport system to hydraulic trap, made in form of two settling sections, separated by process dam, dam is equipped with pipe spill with mixer located inside it, a dispenser of water-soluble polymers and a device for transfer of a flocculated sludge-clay deposit into a receiving container and a complex for processing the residue into a finished product, also the output of the undersized product of the washing drum screen is connected to a device for entrapping heavy particles of the concentrate by means of a transportation system, and output of oversize product of flushing drum screen is connected by transport system with empty pebbles and a set of devices for obtaining finished products from pebbles.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of line operation due to reduction of level of technological losses of free gold of different size classes and increased complexity of extraction of clay and gale of empty rocks from metal-bearing sands.
