FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises rolling the blank in horizontal shaping beam gages, universal beam gages and horizontal auxiliary gages. This invention aims at ruling out uncontrolled flange edges strain and uncontrolled wall displacement caused by non-simultaneous wall grip of the wall and flanges by rolls. To this end, flanges are squeezed in horizontal auxiliary leader gage with constrained edge broadening, while universal finishing beam gage performs joint reduction of wall and flange over their thickness. Horizontal stepped section rolls reduce the flanges in height. Note here that staring factors are held higher over flange inner edge than those over flange over face and its edge.
EFFECT: higher precision of double Tee-iron, preferably for monorail track.
