FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and concerns the design of system of truck connections with vehicle body. The device contains resilient members installed between T-section of locomotive body frame bracket and cylinders, and tie rod passing through holes in a bracket, resilient members and cylinders and pivotally connected with the truck by one end. Hole in bracket and cylinders are made with tapered inner thrust shoulder. The cylinders are made with tapered inner surface. The volume of free space limited by bracket, cylinder and tie rod without regard to dynamic loads exceeds the volume of resilient members by 10-15%. Size of gap between butt ends of tapered inner thrust shoulders of cylinder and bracket lies within amount of allowable deformation of resilient members. Size of gap between outer butt ends of cylinder and bracket exceeds size of gap between inner thrust shoulders of cylinder and bracket.
EFFECT: higher reliability of device structure members and adjacent locomotive assemblies operation.
