FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: torsion spring comprises a pin with a lever. The pin is provided with a through cylindrical channel where a rod of similar section is set. One rod end is fitted by a stop member contacting with the inclined surface of a bracket rigidly fixed at a locomotive body. The other rod end is rigidly attached to a splined bush set movably on the splines of the pin and cup. The splined bush contacts by its end face with the screw cylindrical compression spring mounted together with the bush in the above cup rigidly fixed at a locomotive bogie frame.
EFFECT: higher reliability of a torsion spring.
