SUBSTANCE: standalone functional modules are connected to each other by communication lines and by their data inputs and outputs - control module (1) of an employer enterprise, a teaching module (2) of an institute and a module (3) for an educational project bureau, comprising a unit (4) for the administrator-executive manager of the scientific-educational project of the complex technical and/or organisational system, a unit (5) for the head of the educational project bureau of the employer enterprise, a unit (6) of the head of the educational project bureau of the institute, a unit (7) for teachers-consultants of the institute, a unit (9) for students of the corresponding specialties of the educational project group, a unit (10) for the scientific-educational project of the complex technical and/or organisational system, a unit (11) for the result of the scientific-educational project of the complex technical and/or organisational system, data inputs and outputs of the said units of the module (3) of the educational project bureau are connected to each other and to electronic units of the computer module (12) for controlling the scientific-educational project.
EFFECT: higher level and quality of teaching, cutting on time for mastering the studied complex technical and organisational system.
