FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: negative electrode on the basis of this or that form of carbon is exposed to preliminary formation of surface layer even before assembly of accumulator during discharge of galvanic element in dry air medium, and the element consists of this electrode, lithium-metal counter electrode in medium of nonaqueous electrolyte, containing sulfur dioxide. Irreversible capacitance of lithium-ion accumulators manufactured with application of electrodes that have been through preliminary moulding is reduced by 85-95%, discharge capacitance increases by 17-24%.
EFFECT: reduction of irreversible capacitance, improved discharge capacitance of lithium-ion accumulator.
