FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: mechatronic system comprises speed setter (1), speed controller (2), speed sensor (3), relay controller (4), controller (5), power transistor commutator (6), m-channel functional converter (7), m sensors of phase currents (8), m-phase induction electric machine (9), sensor of rotor position (10). Functional converter (7) models dependence of electromagnetic moment on position of rotor and phase currents in compliance with equation where uj - output signal of j channel of functional converter (7), j=1…m; k-coefficient of proportion; ij - current of j phase of motor (9); θ - angle of motor rotor turn (9). In system with subordinate control of coordinates, inner subordinate circuit is organised on the basis of feedback by moment. Invention realises direct control of the moment, and therefore, reduced pulsation of moment, vibration and sonic radiation in process of operation.
EFFECT: improved quality of speed control, reduced pulsation of moment, vibration, radiation of sound waves in process of operation.
