SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a vegetable processing technology. A product is manufactured by preparation of beet, cutting, convective drying to intermediate humidity, boost when heated, depressurisation to ensure liquid phase state of water for blowing of beet, final drying in the microwave field, addition of flavour additives and packing in a polymer or combined package in the anoxic environment.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables making a food substance exhibiting a unique harmony of organoleptic properties of popcorn and vegetable salad.
