FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: top wedge mechanism comprises carriage saddle, saddle guide element and drive element, tool holder with at least one side surface that retains the tool. Proposed holder can be removed downward relative to top wedge mechanism in its top working position. Said holder incorporates at least one guide prism and/or at least one prismatic recess and/or at least one prismatic section to be placed onto guide prism. Wedge mechanism tool holder comprises also at least one jointing device to allow kinematic or force closure with drive element.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of machining due to higher accuracy of positioning.
