FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport, namely to track superficial structure and can be used in construction and repair of railway and tram tracks. Method of railroad operation comprises running the trains on railways. Railroad comprises two tracks. Tracks are arranged at equal distance from each other. Rail of one track makes additional track with rail of the other track. Nearest rails of different tracks are secured on additional sleepers. Rails of one track are arranged on one side of additional sleepers. Rails of the other track are arranged on the other side of said sleepers. Nearest rails of two tracks form additional track.
EFFECT: higher safety and reliability of railway traffic, expanded performances.
