SUBSTANCE: device relates to threaded plastic caps. The threaded plastic cap for closing the filling and/or emptying nozzle of a vessel has a central tongued-and-grooved connecting piece closed by a tongued-and-grooved cap. The tongued-and-grooved cap has a cylindrical screwed in case with a male thread for screwing into the threaded hole of the tongued-and-grooved connecting piece of the cap, as well as a sealing end having a conical multiple sealing which is formed by sealing rings which, when the tongued-and-grooved cap is screwed in, press to the conical inner sealing surface adjacent to the threaded hole of the tongued-and-grooved connecting piece of a sealing extension.
EFFECT: improved threaded cap of the said type compared to a lock in form of a tongued-and-grooved cap.
