SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tongued and grooved barrel (10) with a thin-walled liner (22) made of a multilayer polymer film for storing and transporting liquid or flowable fillers. According to the invention, vacuuming the intermediate air space between the inner wall of the barrel and the surface of the liner and thermal activation by blowing hot air into the inner space of the liner make it possible for the liner to stick to the inner wall of the barrel. In other words, it is detachably glued to it. It improves the application of the liners in tongued and grooved barrels and, in particular, makes it easier for personnel pouring liquids into such barrels and emptying them to use such barrels. The invention makes it possible to use a tongued and grooved barrel (10) with a liner (22) just like a tongued and grooved barrel without a liner.

EFFECT: none differences for filling and emptying personnel in handling of barrels equipped with a liner and conventional barrels.
