FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery. Machine for haying contains a frame, and operational drums for tedding hay. The frame includes a central structure and two side constructions. The central structure comprises the front part with wheels and the back part pivotally connected to the vertical axes. The drums are mounted on the side constructions rotatable about axes placed vertically or inclined in the direction of the machine movement. The drums have at regular intervals holders of pitchfork. The drums are fitted with an opportunity to occupy the working position at location along the line located perpendicular to the direction of the machine motion. The side constructions are installed with the possibility of moving forward and toward the center along with the drums for transportation.

EFFECT: proposed design of machine for haying facilitates its transformation from the working to the transport position and vice versa.
