FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of canned compotes manufacturing. Formula components are prepared. Oyster plant is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres, roasted and milled. Barley, oat and rye grains are fried. Oyster plant, barley, oat and rye grains are mixed. The produced mixture is extracted by drinking water at preset process parametres; the produced extract is filtered. Syrup is prepared based on it. Strawberries and syrup are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: reduction of boiled fruits content in the finished product and enhancement of its storage life.
