FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of nanotechnology and is connected with methods of obtaining, stabilisation and application of highly dispersive lyophobic systems, for instance metal hydrosols, and can be used for imparting antimicrobial properties to wide spectrum of fibre-mesh materials, used in production of clothes and footwear. Composition, based on silver hydrosol for imparting antimicrobial properties to wide spectrum of fibre-mesh materials, contains as stabilising agent copolymer of acrylic acid or acryl amide with different initial ratio of monomers, which has technical name "Polynap", colloidal metallic silver, boric acid, sodium nitrate, borax and water with definite component ratio (wt %). Hydrosol has kinetic and aggregative stability. Composition is not toxic, is stored at room temperature in non-transparent reservoirs for more than 6 months without changes.

EFFECT: invention ensures antimicrobial properties of tissue during wet-heat treatment.
