FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: centrifuge for wringing linen contains an outer drum, inside which the internal drum, drive, suspension and balancing unit are installed with the possibility of vertical rotation around the symmetry axis. Balancing device of a centrifuge consists of a balancing ring, rigidly mounted on the lower outer surface of the outer drum, two flat rails. One of the rails is posted in the inner space of the balancing ring and is rigidly mounted on the shaft of the inner drum, and the other rail is rigidly fixed to the shaft drive. Balancing device also contains a balance shaft mounted with the possibility of a linear lateral movement towards the axis of symmetry of the device through sliders, rigidly fixed at each of its ends and mounted with the possibility to move in the respective guides. On the shaft there are through-threaded holes in mutually perpendicular planes spaced relative to each other, one is right-handed thread, and another is left-handed. Through each hole a longitudinal element passes, made in the form of a screw. The screw thread corresponds to thread of holes in the shaft. At each of the guide there are two pillars mounted symmetrically about the axis of rotation of the inner drum, in which screws are fixed for rotation. At each end of each of the screws the disk is rigidly fixed symmetrically towards the axis of rotation with the possibility of contact with the outer surface of the balancing ring.

EFFECT: improvement of the centrifuge performance specifications for wringing linen due to reducing the dynamic loads resulting from imbalance.
