FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport and can be used in rolling stock repair and servicing. Proposed device comprises working body pressure source and lifting device mounted on the frame. Said lifting device supports power cylinder arranged vertically on the thrust and interacting via said thrust with car centre girder. Rod of said power cylinder is provided with centre plate grip that has swivel joint holes communicated via pipelines. It comprises also ball joint with limiter of inclination between lifting device plunger and thrust, fixing arm to fix thrust position between the thrust and car centre girder and centering mechanism. Power cylinder inner chamber incorporates decompression element fitted at the level of its rod stroke end. Centre plate grip represents two limiting nuts fitted on threaded end of power cylinder end to interact with centre plate swivel joint hole.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety.
