FIELD: rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to rolling stock repair devices. Device for changing the absorbing apparatus comprises lodgement with perpendicularly oriented power plate and support rib, lifter, hydraulic cylinder interacting with pull yoke eyelet by means of stop. Device is supplemented with a fixation mechanism equipped with two single-arm rotary levers with flat outer faces and a U-shaped beam, at the ends of which retainers with bevelled edges are fixed with the possibility of wedging the single-arm levers in the working position, rear faces of the latter are equipped with thrust heels with possibility of interaction with end and inclined surfaces of protruding parts of wedge-shaped segments of absorbing apparatus, on the inner surface of the upper part of the single-arm levers there are C-shaped gripping recesses with the possibility of covering the projecting part of one of the three teeth on the side surface of the thrust cone of the absorbing apparatus. Configurations of rear surfaces of single-arm levers are made with possibility of simultaneous transfer of forces of sinking of all three wedge-shaped segments, and configuration of external and front surfaces – with possibility of arrangement of absorbing apparatus of the corresponding class in niche of backbone sill. Hydraulic cylinder is assembled with return mechanism perpendicular to power plate, on which said levers are fixed through their rotary hubs.

EFFECT: possibility of dismantling-mounting of absorbing apparatus with preservation of function of self-controlled gripping of all three wedge-shaped segments with their subsequent recession.
