Proposed system 1 comprises appliances 3, 5 for onboard and ground detection, appliance 7 to process first 3a and second 5a pieces of data and convert said data in mechanical drive to make aerodynamic surface 2 of bearing wheel move along the trajectory, and system to transmit first pieces of said data into data processing and control appliance 7. Step-by-step control over bearing wheel aerodynamic flight is carried out with the help of system 1.
EFFECT: possibility to control wing aerodynamic surfaces flight in rotary system.
