FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: according to the first version of realisation, the method includes operations of rolling two roller sections along compacted surface, development of surface stresses by roller weights in compacted surface, where, according to invention, operation of conversion of static effect of roller section weights against compacted surface into dynamic effect is carried out with the help of operation of rotation of one roller section on crankshaft relative to the other one, axis of which is fixed in respect to roller frame. According to the second version of realisation, the method includes operations of rolling roller section along compacted surface, development of surface stresses by weights in compacted surface, where, according to invention, operation of conversion of static effect of roller section weights against compacted surface into dynamic effect is carried out with the help of operation of simultaneous rotation of both roller sections on crankshafts relative to axis of root bearings of crankshaft, at the same time phase shift of crankshafts makes 180°. According to the first version of realisation, device comprises tractor, double-roll roller, weights, crank shaft, at the same time crank shaft is installed with its root bearings on roller frame, one section of which is installed in root bearing with the possibility of free rotation in conrod bearing, drive of reciprocal motion of master roller section is arranged in the form of hydraulic motor and gear drives.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved efficiency of compaction as a result of transverse vibration.
