FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: device includes case joined to working string, spindle with anvil, which is telescopically inserted with the possibility of rotation and longitudinal displacement downwards into the case and joined to released object, and striker arranged with the possibility of impact interaction with anvil as the case rotate around the spindle. Spindle is bottom-up equipped on surface with lower support adjusted in longitudinal direction, anvil arranged in the form of circular ledge, and upper support, the case is equipped with internal limiter arranged between anvil and upper support, and end bores down, evenly arranged along perimetre with inclined surface towards the side of case rotation and longitudinal surface at the opposite side. Anvil is arranged in the form of circular weight installed with the possibility of longitudinal displacement on spindle, pressed with spring from lower support to anvil, and equipped on external end surface with bores, corresponding to bores of case, joined to each other with the possibility of sliding interaction as the case rotates relative to spindle. On upper end of spindle and inner end of case there is a recess and ledge arranged accordingly with the possibility of interaction to eliminate mutual slipping in process of the case displacement downwards relative to spindle.
