FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a hammer, a hollow stock and an anvil. An impact load creation assembly is made in the form of a collet with upper and lower cylindrical sections, with petals located along the perimetre and equipped with internal trapezoidal projections. The hammer is made in the form of a cylindrical projection and is connected through a hollow stock to a drilling pipe string, and with lower end to an extension piece equipped with splines and a reducer passing in the axial channel. The fastening assembly is made in the form of a calibrated through element installed in the anvil and connected to the extension piece. The outside of the collet is enclosed with a sleeve pressed with the stop nut installed on upper cylindrical section of the collet.
