FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: elastic coupling comprises external part, which transfers torsion torque, and internal part transmitting axial force. External part comprises end mount bushes 1 and 2 joined to each other by pack of elastic elements 3 in the form of slotted spring. Spring consists of flat rings 4 joined to each other by links 5 and separated by gaps 6. External part of coupling represents a single part. Internal part comprises spherical unit including two cylinders 7 and 8 with spherical mutually inverted grooves 9 and 10. Revolution solid of spherical shape 11 is installed between grooves.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved manufacturability, lower labour intensiveness of assembly and transfer of high axial force of torque.
