FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in circulation method of fluid via pipeline, as per which the pipeline is connected to seal tank, filled with water, heated till steam is formed and fluid is pushed out with the formed steam to supply line, and then steam is condensed so that vacuum is formed and fluid is drawn from return line by means of that vacuum, in the tank by changing the amount of evaporated fluid there created is pressure which is enough for complete water pushing out from the tank and partial steam outlet to supply line; at that, pressure in the tank and amount of steam in it is controlled by changing the open flow area of supply line. In water steam pump for implementing the method, which includes the closed capacity with upper and lower connection pipes and electric heater arranged inside it, lower connection pipe is equipped with three-way valve connected to supply line by means of throttle valve, and upper branch pipe is connected to the storage tank and drain valve through the second three-way valve and throttle valve.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing the costs for heating of rooms, making the heating device compact and mobile, easy-to-manufacture and easy-to-operate.
