FIELD: heating of dwelling houses, cottages, greenhouses and production of hot water for domestic purpose. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes main liquid reservoir, check valve, additional reservoir communicated with main one an heater. Main reservoir is made in form hermetic module with cover inside which liquid level sensor and heater are mounted; it is provided with two branch pipes; outlet branch is fitted in its upper portion and inlet branch pipe is fitted in its low r portion. Lower butt end of outlet branch pipe is located below cover of hermetic tank and is mounted for adjustment of its position relative to liquid level sensor; valve works for opening outlet branch pipe; additional reservoir is made in form o tank communicated with atmosphere. Plant is provided with control unit connected with liquid level sensor, heater and temperature sensor fitted at main reservoir inlet. EFFECT: reduced thermal losses; reduced power requirements; enhanced efficiency and reliability; optimization of overall dimensions. 6 cl, 1 dwg
