SUBSTANCE: antenna (100) includes the first antenna element and the second antenna element. The first antenna element and the second antenna element are configured to transmit and receive signals in the first range of frequencies and in the second range of frequencies. The first pair of delay lines (612) is connected to the first antenna element, and the second pair of delay lines is connected to the second antenna element. The first delay line in the first pair of delay lines (612) and the second pair of delay lines is configured for phase shift of electric signals (310) associated with the first antenna element and the second antenna element so that the first impedance of antenna is approximately equal in the first range of frequencies and the second range of frequencies. The second delay line in the first pair of delay lines and the second pair of delay lines is configured to transform the first impedance into the second impedance.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of distance measurement, and improved detection of location detected by receiver.
