SUBSTANCE: multi-range portable communication device comprises transceiver, including transmitter, having filter of transmitting track, and receiver, having filter of receiving track, besides each of transmission and reception filters has a pass band tuned by multiple ranges, and processor able to selected one of multiple ranges for operation of portable communication device and to tune each of transmission and reception filters on the basis of selection of one of multiple ranges, at the same time multi-range portable communication device is arranged with the possibility to maintain communication in a specific geographical area of coverage, having several wireless services, besides processor is configured with the possibility to select preferable wireless service from roaming map, and capture of network using this service, depending on geographical position of user and provides of services.
