SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of canned compotes manufacturing. Method provides for recipe components preparation, oyster plant cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres, frying and milling, frying and mincing chestnut and soya, frying barley grain mixing of oyster plant, barley grain, chestnut and soya, obtained mixture extraction by drinking water at preset process parametres, obtained extract filtering, preparation of syrup based on it, packing of apricots and syrup, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method provides for reduction of boiled fruits content in the finished product without detriment to its storage life.
