FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to sheet benders. Proposed sheet bender comprises the frame supporting the posts mounted thereon to support stationery load bearing axle whereon levers are fitted along with two lateral shafts fitted in said levers to turn about stationary axle along the circle, and lateral shafts drives. Each said drive is self-contained module consisting of pivoted beam, motor, V-belt transmission, reduction gears with output screw shafts, nuts fitted inits cup hinged with aforesaid levers, cardan shaft with toothed coupling on one of its extensions coupling aforesaid reduction gears.
EFFECT: higher quality of rotary table due to ruling out of lateral shaft skew.
