FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering. Proposed device comprises flaps, pushers hinged on flaps outer surface and resting upon launch vehicle fittings adjustable in axial direction and coupled with pusher rod stems with spherical tips. Pusher represents a pneumatic cylinder with its piston being furnished with O-ring fitted in anti-friction insert that stays in contact with pneumatic cylinder housing outer surface. Spring-loaded stop interacting with housing is arranged in said piston to reciprocate therein and regulate position. Calibrated clearance is arranged between rod and housing. Pressure accumulator is arranged on each flap, on its inner side, communicated via opening valve and air lines with pneumatic cylinders arranged on the same flap.
EFFECT: reduced weight, drag and perturbations.
