FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry. Proposed nose cone has top taper spherical section and bottom cylindrical section that comprise two flaps with stringers and semi-frames for lengthwise and crosswise joint to carrier rocket adapter compartment, flaps control systems with pressure accumulators communicated via pipelines with priming valves and, via pyrotechnic valve, with flap pushers, and power links. Flaps joint locks are arranged on stringers of one of said flaps with varying spacing to interact with recesses made for access from outside of nose cone in joint stringers of another flap. Crosswise joint flap semi-frames are provided with mechanical locks linked together to interact with pyrotechnical drives via rockers mounted at center of every flap. Linkages are provided with shackles to interact with guide brackets rigidly secured on flap semi-frames between adjacent mechanical locks. Flap turn drives are equipped with gap adjustment mechanisms and those to adjust flap detach angle. Adapter compartment is made up of two taper shells. Flap turn pneumatic system pressure accumulator mounts are arranged at the center and bottom of every flap. Pipelines running from pneumatic pushers to pyrotechnical valves are provided with pyrotechnical valves to move within angular displacement of said pushers.
