SUBSTANCE: disclosed device consists of high frequency resonators. Each resonator is equipped with an input-output. Further, the device consists of restricting and restricting-dividing short-circuit coils coaxially arranged inside a tubular metal case on external surface of dielectric pipes, of calculators, of receiving-transmitting circuits each connecting the input-output of one of the resonators with one of the inputs of a corresponding calculator, of a high frequency generator, of a mode controller, of a timer, of a measuring converter, of a pressure drop sensor, of X-ray tubes with a power source, of X-ray transparent insertions of the case each installed in plane of radiation of a corresponding X-ray tube, of the primary and secondary collimators, of an orthogonal collimator, of the secondary irradiators, of scintillation detectors, of multi-channel photo-electronic multipliers, of multi-channel light conductors, and also of a pipe controller and of processing and control modules.
