SUBSTANCE: predefined selection conditions are applied to measurement results obtained from an inspected structure, where the predefined selection conditions applied serve for excluding measurement data lying below a given threshold value; the base dimension of a defect associated with the inspected structure is identified, where the base dimension of the defect indicates the biggest defect which can be detected during inspection; accessible levels associated with the inspected structure are identified, where the accessible levels take into account the base dimension of the defect and features of the inspected structure; results for applying the predefined selection conditions are compared with the identified accessible levels and the risk of crack formation in the inspected structure is determined based on the comparison.
EFFECT: possibility of analysing the state of an object in a short interval of time with an allowable confidence level of results.
